Comic Con: Starwars
27 de dezembro de 2015
Hello everyone! This is a completely out of schedule post just to show you more photos of Comic Con Portugal, now focusing on Star Wars, the big thing this year. Seriously, last year there was just a small parade with Darth Vader and a couple of Stormtroopers, but this year the parade was huge and there were small events (like the group picture in front of the Death Star model) and Stormtroopers walking around the convention to take pictures with everyone. There were also figurines scattered everywhere, including my favorite two: BB8 and R2D2. Aren't they the cutest? Hope you enjoy this simple post, but it wouldn't be my blog if I didn't do a celebration post of the new Starwars movie!
Christmas at home
24 de dezembro de 2015
Good evening everyone! Today my morning started awfully - had to spend about to hours in bed with a huge headache...I thought I would spend my entire Christmas Evening on the darkness of my room! Fortunately the pills finally kicked in and here I am, writing a small post to wish all of you a wonderful Christmas, surrounded by those you love: either next to you or inside your heart. These are pictures of the Christmas decorations on my house (I wish I could capture my cats messing with the tree, but whenever I got the camera they would just stop and go on with their feline lives...). Finally, I want to thank all of you, new and old followers, and to you that dropped today on my blog by a small coincidence, for all the support and nice words that always keep me going and give me courage to post my photographical adventures.
Merry Christmas and see you on Friday! ♥
Comic Con Portugal 2015
22 de dezembro de 2015
Hello everyone! To whoever follows me on instagram this is probably not a surprise, but to who still doesn't: from the 4th to the 6th of December me and my boyfriend went to Porto for the 2nd edition of Comic Con Portugal. As always, it was crowded, and when I say crowded I mean claustrophobical-crowded! This year there were some awesome changes, and some irritating news as well. Let's start with the good parts: there was a lot more space, with a lot more merchandising stores represented, and mostly, a lot more places to go and play instead of having to wait for half an hour to play a console game like last year. Now what really "grinded my gears": for starters, the paid autographs. Last year, like it should always be in my opinion, the price of the daily ticket included most of the events (except the meet and greet with the celebrities, which is understandable), but this year, if you wanted to get a piece of paper signed, you had to pay. And no...it wasn't just a couple of euros. It was, at least, 20€... But, if you bought the permission to get an autograph and suddenly the organization decided that it was free, you had the chance to have the "meet and greet"... You can probably tell how furious I am about this...but oh well, no need to cry a river about it anyway. The main point here is that I had fun. A LOT of fun, and that's all that matters in the end of the day, right?
Christmas lights in Porto
18 de dezembro de 2015
Hello everyone! You probably didn't notice since I left some posts on schedule, but I've been really busy. From college to my trip to Porto, it has been non stop for the past three weeks. Nevertheless, today I bring you some of the pictures I took on the last day that I was there (6th of December) focusing on the Christmas lights. When we arrived to see them there were so many people that I couldn't believe my eyes. The lights were still off but even so thousands of people were gathered around, waiting. When the Christmas tree finally led up, everyone around me started to clap and cheer, taking pictures with their family and friends. It was so amazing! Hope you enjoy these pictures! I'll see you all next week with more pictures of what brought me to this beautiful city once again.
Sun in Autumn

Hello everyone! This is the last set of photos from my walk a couple of weeks ago. This one doesn't have a particular team, just...colors. After so many weeks of dark clouds and bad weather a glimpse of color is always appreciated, and here it is! I just can't stop loving the last picturesince it was so unexpected. I was focusing on the purple flowers and they looked awesome so I took the shot. After I got home and started to look at the pictures I noticed the flying bird on the top right of the photo and I just fell in love. I already liked the photo itself but the bird just made me love it even more. Hope you like these random photographs!
By the sea
4 de dezembro de 2015
Hello everyone! Like I said on a previous post, a couple of weeks ago we went for a walk near the river to enjoy the last warm days of the year and today I bring you some of the photos that I took. This post is manly focused on the first couple of pictures that I took between Belém and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. I was fortunate enough to catch someone fishing on top of the rocks, giving a nice touch to the photo. Nevertheless, my favorite is the last one. We were walking already back to the car when I saw a lonely shell really far from the coastline. It looks so pretty with the brown ground and all the shades of blue on top that I couldn't resist to stop and take it. It took me about ten tries to get what I wanted! Hope you like this!

Hello everyone! Today I bring you an unexpected post. On the 11th November me and my boyfriend went for a walk near the river and, as I took pictures along the way (I'll show them in future posts!), he decided to take pictures as well, some of them including me in the background. This is not a full-outfit, but I've always wanted to show you this blouse. It looks like a simple cotton pink blouse but, what's so particular about this, is the collar, and that's what really caught my attention when I was searching for new clothes on the past year. I'm not going to lie: it's tricky to put the collar on, since it's buttoned to the shirt and you can't put your head inside it until you unbutton it all, being super hard to put all the buttons back on place with the shirt on. Nevertheless, it's an interesting piece and I love it! If you're wondering where the rest of the outfit comes from check a previous post of mine (Flowers in Autumn). Hope you enjoyed the post!
